Delete your OrthoHub account
OrthoHub is the patient app by Bonded (BondedAI LLC & Bonded Payments Pty Ltd). This page lets you request deletion of your OrthoHub account and associated data — you do not need the app installed.
Delete from the app (fastest)
If you still have OrthoHub installed, open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account. Your account is deleted immediately after you confirm.
Request deletion from the web
Enter the email address you use to sign in to OrthoHub. We'll send it a confirmation link — valid for 45 minutes — where you can review your account and confirm the deletion. This step protects your account: only someone with access to that inbox can delete it.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your OrthoHub login credentials and mobile app access, for every patient linked to your account.
- Kept: clinical, payment and message records are retained by your treating practice under applicable healthcare record-keeping laws (up to 7 years), as described in our privacy policy. To exercise rights over those records, contact your practice or see the privacy policy.
